Se framanta pe o suprafata tapetata  cu faina si se imparte in 8 bucati. Fiecare bucata se intinde in forma  rotunda. Aceste forme se aseaza pe o tava imbracata cu  hartie de copt.  Usturoiul se amesteca cu untul, se unge aluatul cu acest amestec, apoi  se pune mozzarella rupta fasii si bucati de rosii. Se lasa la cuptor  12-15 minute. Se amesteca ulei de masline cu otet balsamic, cu sare  (daca este nevoie), si busuioc tocat. caleste in 50 g unt, se condimenteaza cu sare,  piper si  nucsoara si se aseaza intr-un vas. Pestele se taie fisii de grosimea a  doua degete, se sareaza  si se stropeste cu suc de lamiie apoi se   prajeste in untul ramas . Se aseaza pe spanac, acoperit cu felii de oua  si cascaval ras. Până când creşte aluatul, ne ocupăm de topinguri.&lt;br /&gt;Tăiem feliuţe subţiri ardeiul gras - verde şi roşu, apoi tăiem brânza şi crenwurştii, după ce le-am dat pieliţa jos. Compozitia astfel obtinuta se toarna intr-o tava de 35 x 32  cm, unsa si acoperita cu hartie de copt. Apoi se introduce la cuptor,  pe gratarul din mijloc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Timp de coacere: 25 minute, treapta 2-3 a cuptorului cu gaz.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa racire, se indeparteaza hartia de copt, iar blatul se taie in doua  parti egale, obtinandu-se astfel 2 foi de blat cu suprafata mai mica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pregatirea cremei si insiroparea:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru sirop se pun la fiert 300 ml lapte cu 3 linguri de zahar si  continutul fiolei de migdale. Se aseaza prima jumatate de blat pe o tava  si se insiropeaza cu jumatate din cantitatea de sirop. Intr-un vas se amesteca la foc mediu apa, untul si zaharul, pana  se topeste zaharul. Se ia vasul de pe foc, se adauga biscuitii rupti in  bucatele si se omogenizeaza. Compozitia rezultata se toarna in forma  rotunda cu inel detasabil si se niveleaza.&lt;br /&gt;2.    Se bate usor smantana dulce cu mixerul la viteza mica, se adauga  zaharul pudra si se bate in continuare pana se intareste. Se prepara  cele doua sarlote separat, conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj,  fiecare cu 300 ml lapte.&lt;br /&gt;3.    In sarlota de ciocolata se incorporeaza jumatate din cantitatea de  frisca si 50 g bucatele de ciocolata, dupa care se toarna in forma  peste blat. Sarlota de vanilie se amesteca apoi cu restul de frisca, se  toarna peste sarlota de ciocolata si se niveleaza. Cu ajutorul unei  furculite se marmoreaza cele 2 straturi, realizand miscari de jos in  sus.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pentru pregătirea aluatului pe masa de lucru presărăm făina, praful de copt, zahărul, zahărul vanilat, untul şi ouăle şi frământăm  manual până obţinem un aluat neted. Întindem aluatul şi îl aşezăm într-o formă de tort unsă şi presărată cu făină.&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.    Pentru pregătirea umpluturii turnăm sucul de la compotul de cireşe (păstrăm câteva cireşe pentru a le folosi mai târziu). Din cele 500 ml suc măsurăm aproximativ ½ în care amestecăm  praful de puding. Restul de suc, împreună cu zahărul îl punem la fiert, turnăm peste pudingul amestecat şi lăsăm să fiarbă aproximativ 2 minute. Amestecăm cireşele în pudingul fierbinte şi întindem uniform umplutura peste blat.&lt;br /&gt;3.    Pentru pregătirea frecăţeilor amestecăm într-un castron zahărul, făina şi untul. Frământăm manual şi formăm frecăţei pe care îi aşezăm uniform peste umplutură. Introducem în cuptorul dinainte încălzit şi coacem.&lt;br /&gt;4.    Pentru decorare batem cu mixerul electric smântâna până obţinem frişca şi în continuare împreună cu zahărul pudră şi Smeta-fix până se întăreşte compoziţia. Ungem cu aceasta tortul deasupra şi pe margini. Decorăm apoi tortul cu restul cireşelor şi presărăm uşor cacao. Se ruleaza, se prin cu scobitori  si se prajesc in ulei de masline. Cand s-au rumenit, se stropesc cu suc  se lamaie, se condimenteaza si se toarna si vinul alb si se lasa la  fiert pina se patrunde bine carnea.
